The hotel is in a lovely traditional building with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Breakfast was rather "weak" and dis-organised.

Wanted a short drive out of Paris after picking up a hire car at the start of a tour of France. We stayed two nights so we could have a look at the Loire valley. Were very pleased with our choice of hotel, well decorated spacious room with a bar fridge. Huge bath to relax in. The food in the restaurant was delicious and beautiful and service very good. All the staff in the hotel very helpful and friendly. The village was an unexpected bonus, a gorgeous old town with a lovely choice of shops to browse. Great patisserie!!

the room I got was high standard and well laid out. It had a good rain shower and comfortable beds. 3. the hotel is in a very central location, right in the center of the cute town. 4. I also enjoyed having brunch at Au Pont, which is located nearby.

Beautiful rooms, especially the way two rooms (one with our children) could be connected to each other. Towel service for the swimming pool.

Service during diner was indifferent and poor. The reception service on the other hand was very well. Limited possibility to sit in the sun in the afternoon at the swimming pool / garden (mostly shadow).

I had a wonderful time at this venue, it's a lovely hotel with a restaurant, in a great location in the Loire region, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location: the hotel was very close to town square, beautiful Beaugency, nearby Chateau Chambord and centre of village. The staff were really helpful people. The breakfast was free with great value for a varied, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was charming and clean and the staff was very, very attentive. There was a place to park at the hotel which is important because parking is tight in the center of town. I had read earlier negative reviews about the hotel from 2007-2009 and what I read did not seem to be true. The breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts we had and the rooms were very clean. No bed bugs, as another disgruntled reviewer had written. Overall a great authentic medieval frech town experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Beaugency. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of a pretty place. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the evening meal was delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary mini-bar and the convenience of having a kettle in the room. The free parking in the enclosed courtyard was a bonus, and we were even able to access the pool before check-in. we couldn't fault the hotel in any way.

The staff were efficient and friendly and the hotel peaceful and relaxed. Dinner was superb - the best meal of our entire trip through France. We will definitely stay there again.

We did not take breakfast in the hotel as the price does not cater for those, like us, whose breakfasts are little more than a croissant and coffee.
